Are any of the SIXNET products certified for use in hazardous locations?

Yes. All standard SIXTRAK, VersaTRAK, RemoteTRAK, EtherTRAK, Industrial Modem, and RemoteLog products are listed UL 1604 (CSA C22.2/213) for use in Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, and D and Cenelec (Zone 2) hazardous locations. Click here for details on UL and other agency certifications.

I’m an OEM. Can I put my own name on SIXNET products?

Sure. Most SIXNET products can be easily and inexpensively OEM Labeled. Or we can customize our products to your exact needs. For details go to OEM Solutions or Linux for OEMs.

Where can I buy SIXNET products?

Does SIXNET support any fieldbus networks?

Yes and no. SIXNET does not directly support any of the traditional fieldbuses such as Profibus, LONworks, etc. SIXNET supports Ethernet TCP/IP, and Modbus ASCII or RTU over serial connections. As far as we are concerned, Ethernet is the ultimate fieldbus.
