will gladly add capabilities to the sxaddon.dll
that you may suggest. As an example, the HART
Communications package (created by Proytek as an IPm add-on
product) includes a selection for com ports. Therefore, SIXNET
added the capability for this assignment to be automatically updated
in the IPm's serial port configuration. In this manner, a conflict
regarding the assigned protocol on this port is avoided and one
less (not so obvious) configuration step is eliminated. Experience
has taught us that we all will benefit from one less technical
support call each time a new customer configures your product.
