The
SeaLINK Ethernet to Serial Interfaces from SeaLevel Systems (www.sealevel.com)
allow you to add multiple serial ports to an IPm
Controller or RTU. SIXNET offers a free driver (GPL software)
to interface these devices to an IPm. The I/O
Tool Kit v2.2 and IPm firmware
v1.5 or later are required and may be downloaded
at no charge.
Note:
The Sealink serial ports are fully accessible by your Linux applications
but they cannot be used directly with SIXNET I/O Transfers (SIXNET
or Modbus protocol) or your ISaGRAF programs.
