 Field Wiring Advantage
Simplify your control panels and make your job easier with the SIXNET wiring advantage. SIXNET I/O modules mount directly to your field wiring DIN rail, and reduce or eliminate the need for extra wiring terminals. With the I/O modules unplugged,

   Eliminate extra wiring

 Save design & wiring time

 Save valuable panel space

 Reduce installed cost

 Increase reliability through simplicity

their field wiring bases are rugged DIN rail terminals, complete with all of the features your electricians expect. Terminals are arranged in a single row and marked with your field wire designations. SIXNET I/O modules mount side by side with your other DIN rail devices.

For decades, wiring from control devices has been pre-wired to separate field marshalling terminals. Basically, this meant that you were doing the wiring twice.

 All the Features Electricians Expect:
SIXTRAK I/O wiring bases can directly serve as the field wiring terminals or "marshalling terminals" in your cabinet. With the I/O modules unplugged, these wiring bases are the rugged single row of DIN terminals your field installers expect. These wiring bases are internally pre-wired with

A single row of field terminals

2 adjacent terminals for each device

 Terminal designation labels

No exposed electronics while wiring        (modules unplug for convenience)

much of your panel wiring, so you save valuable design and installation time. Three styles of bases give you the choices you need for each application.

Field Ready
Wiring Base (-F)

The wiring bases are pre-wired in pairs to provide a signal and return for each input or output device. Only a single connection to the source of power is required. Since all panel wiring is internally pre-wired onto a high-quality printed circuit board (in the base), wiring errors are reduced and reliability is greatly enhanced.

Universal (Isolated)
Wiring Base (-U)

Each I/O channel is presented as a pair of isolated terminals. Any wiring scheme is possible with this ultra-flexible setup, including maintaining complete electrical isolation between each and every I/O channel.

High or Double Density
Wiring Base (-H or -D)

This "PLC-style" high-density base provides 16 single ended channels of I/O. All devices return to the same power source.
