The serial number can be used to track the unit in the Asset Management features of the I/O
Tool Kit software. The fixed register feature is a SIXNET innovation. Parameters from the unit can
be reported as analog registers directly into your SCADA or control software – perhaps as
Modbus registers. No special drivers are needed.
