The SL-8MG is an industrial Ethernet managed switch with 8 ultra-fast Gigabit ports that is rugged, reliable, real-time and secure. The ruggedness comes from its tough DIN rail packaging, industrial ratings plus SIXNET’s 30+ years of expertise in designing truly industrial rated products. The reliability is field proven with over 1,000,000 service-free hours (MTBF) based on real-world data of thousands of switches currently in the field. The real-time operation is possible due to advanced networking functions such as SNMP, RSTP, QoS, VLAN, IGMP and much more.
