This version of the SIXNET I/O Tool Kit includes some new features that make it even easier to configure and maintain new SIXNET systems. Here is an overview:

Converted the help system to compressed html (CHM) format for Vista compatibility.
Features added in previous releases:
Added support for the Mini-IPm Plus models (VT-MIPM-135 and VT-MIPM-245).
Added the ability to easily add or remove ISaGRAF, AGA and/or DNP3 runtime drivers from IPm-based controllers. Added the ability to change the allocation of Modbus integer, long and floating point registers. Accessed in the Advanced page of the IPm configuration windows of the SIXNET I/O Tool Kit.
Added the ability to swap the word order of Modbus floating point values

Added the ability to copy Sixlog configurations from one station to another.

Added a "User Software" configuration page and corresponding menu command that let you automate the loading of application-specific software into IPm controllers.
The Load Advanced and Load All Now choices are included in all registration levels.
Telnet and FTP capabilities can be enabled with the Remote Access feature set, as well as the IPm Advanced feature set.

Added the ability to automatically configure a backup (redundant) IPm controller from within the General page of the IPm configuration window.
The Configure àCopy Tag Definitions command lets you copy tag definitions from module to module, RTU to RTU, and even from one project to another.
Port forwarding can now be disabled from within the Advanced page of the IPm configuration window.
The –LOAd command line argument for sxlogview.exe (Sixlog runtime executable) lets you reload a Sixlog configuration after operations such as reading data records.
Many combinations of SixTRAK I/O modules connected to IPm, ST-GT-1210 or ET-GT-ST-3 controllers will be linked automatically when the controller’s configuration is loaded.
Special broadcast commands allow most SIXNET controllers and I/O modules with serial numbers to be configured and maintained by the SIXNET I/O Tool Kit when the serial number in the project file is blank or does not match the serial number written on the station.
Added support for PPP (point to point) protocol to IPm serial ports. This feature requires a license for the optional PPP Add-on.
Added support for Ethernet-only loading of IPm firmware, beginning with version 1.6 firmware.
Added support for the ST-MIX16880-D combination I/O module and the RM-RTU-8440-F RemoteTRAK RTU.
Added support for the ET-GT-ST-3 Redundant Ethernet gateway and the ST-DI-024-32D I/O module.
Added support for the new KepServerEx SIXNET OPC server. This new server sends SIXNET Universal protocol commands to SIXNET hardware.
Added support for the new IP Security and SNMP Add-ons for IPm stations.
IO Transfers have been expanded to include "Block I/O Moves" within an IPm station, and also Modbus Ethernet I/O Transfers. (Note that version 1.7 and newer IPm firmware is recommended for these new capabilities. This firmware is available for download from www.sixnetio.com. The optional SCS feature set of the I/O Tool Kit is also required.)
OEMs can now integrate their own configuration utilities for their IPm applications into the I/O Tool Kit. (Refer to the IPm Technical Notes at www.sixnetio.com for more information.
Two new Security option windows let you configure a unique and advanced level of security for each IPm station in your system. This advanced security feature requires a license for the IPm Security Add-on.
