The SIXNET I/O Tool Kit is an integrated suite of system support tools that functionally upgrades and replaces many SIXNET "I/O for Windows" software tools. Refer to the Ordering Information for details on the SIXNET I/O Tool Kit packages.
Level 1 SIXNET I/O Tool Kit replaces:

Plant Floor (configuration) |
for configuring SixTRAK and VersaTRAK I/O |
|
Remote I/O Tools |
for support of RemoteTRAK and EtherTRAK I/O |
|
Sixtags (KepServer) |
for exporting of tag names to the Kepware Server only |
SCS feature set replaces these programs as well:

Plant Floor (Action Tables) |
for exchanging I/O between SIXNET stations and from SIXNET stations to EtherTRAK, RemoteTRAK, and Modbus devices |

Sixtags (all exports) |
for exporting of tag names to ISaGRAF, Citect IOmap and SxDirect; Intellution and CSV ASCII and other Windows applications |
|
Control Room |
for interfacing SIXNET I/O to Windows applications |
Datalogging feature set replaces these programs as well:
Sixlog for datalogging in VersaTRAK RTUs and SixTRAK gateways
Important Note: You may still keep your existing software installed to support existing projects.
The legacy programs listed above, and the new I/O Tool Kit, will co-exist in the same computer, in the following default locations:

The SIXNET I/O Tool Kit will automatically convert existing project files into the new format the first time a project is opened. You will be asked if you want a backup file created. We strongly recommend leaving the existing software installed and maintaining your original project files as a backup.
