Although this server software is installed along with the optional Datalogging feature set of the I/O Tool Kit and may be accessed from the Configure and Operations menus within the I/O Tool Kit, it can also stand alone as an interface to your data server.
Once the I/O Tool Kit is installed, copy the following files to a computer that will run this server independent of the I/O Tool Kit software:
|
sxdlogrcv.exe |
This is the executable server program. |
|
sxdlogsrv.dll |
This dll is required for operation. (Note: You will need to register this dll in Windows.) |
|
sxdlgsrv.hlp |
This is the documentation file. |
|
Sxdlogrcv.cfg |
This file may be found in your /windows or /winnt folder (this depends on which Windows operating system you are running), and contains the configuration information for the Datalog Server. |
|
(your project).6pj |
This is an optional, but recommended, copy of your I/O Tool Kit project file (optional). If this file is present, configuration of the datalog server will be easier. |
